- How soon will my order ship out from when I submit the order?
Typically, your order will ship within 1-2 business days of being submitted. Occasionally, an item that you ordered may take 4-5 business days to arrive to us to complete the order for shipping. If this delay occurs with your order you will be notified by us.
- Am I able to speed up the shipping/delivery of an item that I want to purchase?
Yes, more often than not we can get you an item in nearly any timeframe that is needed. This may require an additional shipping fee. If you need an item by a specific date and want to ensure getting it on time please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-HARTLYN.
- Will my order ship in separate shipments or one package with everything that I ordered?
More often than not your order will be shipping out in 1 package. We will gather everything that you ordered that is either in our warehouse or one of our supplier warehouses and send it all in 1 package. If you need certain items faster than others please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed the tracking information. If you have not been emailed the tracking information in the timeframe you were expecting it feel contact us.
- What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. We also accept PayPal.
- Do you have a retail location?
At this time do not currently have a retail location. We are not zoned for retail but plan to relocate to a retail location in the future.
- Do you offer any types of sponsorship programs?

- What if I want to send back and item I purchased for a refund or an exchange?
We will accept any product in new/unused condition with the original packaging within 30 days of you receiving the product. There will be no restocking fee. If you receive an item that was sent incorrectly or it is damaged/defective we will email you a shipping label at no cost to get the product back to us for a refund or an exchange. If you receive the correct item that you ordered and you would like to send it back to us for an exchange or a refund you will be responsible for shipping costs. Also, we can charge you a small fee to have a shipping label emailed over to get it back to us. - What if my order is lost of stolen in delivery?
We ship with the most respected shipping providers available. It is not common for a package to be lost of stolen but it is a possibility. If your order is either lost of stolen we will contact the shipping provider for you to rectify the problem. This process typically takes 5-8 business days. They will determine the outcome of the lost or stolen package and reimburse us to either have a replacement package sent out to you or issue you a refund.
